COVID-19 Safety Procedures
All offices are currently open
Last updated June 16, 2020
As a healthcare specialist, our patients, doctors, nurses, and staff members’ health is our top priority as we remain open to help you manage your allergic, asthmatic, and immunologic conditions.
The below measures are the precautions we have in place to protect you.
Screening for Patients & Staff
We have an enhanced screening procedure to identify those who have COVID-19 symptoms or who have been in contact with others who have.
Screening Temperatures
As of June 1, 2021, we will no longer screen the temperatures of those entering our offices.
Social Distancing in All Offices
We are limiting the number of patients in the office at one time.
We are limiting patients to one guest (i.e., parent, guardian, partner) present for any appointments or allergy shot visits. All other visitors will need to wait in the car.
We have also implemented social distancing measures in our waiting rooms and wherever possible.
Routine Cleaning & Disinfecting
We have implemented multiple cleanings of the exam rooms and waiting room areas throughout the day.
Protective Equipment
All staff wears personal protective gear, including masks. All patients and visitors must wear a face mask when entering our offices. The CDC does not recommend a face shield as a substitute for masks and therefore we do require that masks are worn, even for those using a face shield.
Offices are Open
Our offices are open for appointments and allergy shots and are operating on their regular schedule. We cannot offer same-day or next-day appointments at this time. Please visit our locations page to view your local office’s shot hours.
We will continue to monitor CDC guidelines and make changes as appropriate to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
